7-Day bookings are usually from Friday to Friday with arrival after 4.00pm. Changeover days we can be flexible, however arrivals and departures are not possible on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
3-Day weekend bookings at 75% weekly rate are from Friday to Monday with arrival after 4.00pm.
4-day weekday bookings at 70% weekly rate are from Monday to Friday with arrival after 4.00pm.
5-night stay will be charged at the weekly rate.
Last minute discounts and weekly discounts may be available, please ask.
Deposit of 25% required at the time of booking, and final payments 6 weeks prior to your stay together with a £200.00 breakages deposit, which is returned subject to a final inspection.
Departure on your final day is normally by 10.00am though can be later if no other guests are arriving that day.

2. We will let you know if it's available and confirm the price.
3. We will send you confirmation and our conditions.
4. Please sign and return the form together with 25% deposit.
5. The booking is confirmed.
6. Balance is due 6 weeks prior to your stay together with a £200 breakages deposit.
7. After your stay, the breakages deposit is returned or cancelled subject to final inspection.
COVID-19 Cancellation policy
If we are unable to accommodate your booking due to government restrictions (national/local lockdown) we will refund in full.
If you need to cancel because one of your party tests positive for COVID-19, we will try and find a mutually agreeable alternative date (at the same rate) within 12 months of the original arrival date.
If you or a member of your party develops symptoms during your stay, please let the property manager know and return home by private transport if you can do safely.
If you cannot return home, then you will be expected to pay additional rental and cleaning costs for an extended stay.
