Rental Rates
BOOK DIRECT AND SAVE
7-Day bookings are usually from Friday to Friday with arrival after 4.00pm. Changeover days we can be flexible, however arrivals and departures are not possible on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
3-Day weekend bookings at 75% weekly rate are from Friday to Monday with arrival after 4.00pm.
4-day weekday bookings at 70% weekly rate are from Monday to Friday with arrival after 4.00pm.
5-night stay may be charged at the weekly rate.
Last minute discounts and weekly discounts may be available, please ask.
Deposit of 25% required at the time of booking, and final payments 6 weeks prior to your stay together with a £200.00 breakages deposit, which is returned subject to a final inspection.
Departure on your final day is normally by 10.00 am though can be later if no other guests are arriving that day.
Pets allowed at a £30 charge per pet, no more than 2 small dogs.

Booking process:
1. Contact us with the dates you want, and the size of your party.
2. We will let you know if it's available and confirm the price.
3. We will send you confirmation and our conditions.
4. Please sign and return the form together with 25% deposit.
5. The booking is confirmed.
6. Balance is due 6 weeks prior to your stay together with a £200 breakages deposit.
7. After your stay, the breakages deposit is returned or cancelled subject to final inspection.
